Te Hopai Trust is the oldest charitable trust solely dedicated to the care of the elderly throughout New Zealand. Te Hopai provides aged-care services including a rest home, a dementia care facility, respite care and a hospital and was founded in 1888.
Te Hopai had a WordPress website which was causing them security concerns so they approached Expert to have their site rebuilt using Expert’s MoST CMS platform. They wanted to use their existing designs as the original site was only two years old and still looked good.
Our Solution: Expert took the existing website and recreated a new site, managing to transfer all content and designs seamlessly, and then hosted the new site on Expert’s own secure servers.
Expert’s Added Value: Whilst building the new site, the old site was audited and the content and images were improved and enhanced where necessary, for example standardising font types and sizes. Improvements were also made around usability, for example changing font colours and background colours so that they could be more easily read. The result was a secure site that looked fresh and crisp.
